Ciao! We're Alessio and Andrea - two childhood friends from Palermo, Sicily and the Chefs behind Trattoria Italiana.

Our story began over 20 years ago, growing up surrounded by the flavours and traditions of Sicilian cooking. Andrea learned the beauty of simple, heartfelt meals from his mothers's kitchen, while Alessio discovered his passion working in a local pizzeria as a young boy.

After more than 15 years each in the culinary world, we moved to the UK with one dream:

To share the true taste of Italy!

That dream became Trattoria Italiana.
